AHMA Event Registration

Registration is Open
We warmly welcome all AHMA members to Vancouver, BC for AHMA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting! This time, we will be at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in the Pavilion Ballroom.
- Day 1 (evening only): 6:00pm – 9:00pm (dinner and panel)
- Day 2 (full day): 8:00am breakfast and 9:00am – 5:00pm (AGM & member sessions)
Location: Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in downtown Vancouver, BC at 1000 Burrard St.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
Hotel & Travel
AHMA will cover the travel and accommodation expenses for ONE corporate member per Society – this includes flights, hotel and incidentals, which can be expensed to AHMA following the gathering.
- The AHMA Room Block is open until Thursday, August 20th: book here.
- You can stay at any hotel and you will be reimbursed for up to $389.00 per night for 2 nights (Sept 23 24 only).

- Corporate members, you are welcome to list additional attendees on your registration form at your own expense.
- Non-corporate members, you are welcome and encouraged to attend at your own expense.

An agenda and information package with minutes and voting details will be sent out in early September.
To request reimbursement, please complete and submit the Member expense claim form with your receipts within 14 days after the event by email to reception@ahma-bc.org
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your hotel or RSVP, please contact reception@ahma-bc.org as soon as possible. All cancellations must be communicated to AHMA at least 48 hours before the start of the event. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, please email reception@ahma-bc.org.
